Black Friday 2020

Image that reads “Black Friday.”

November 27th in 2020. We all know how booming Black Friday gets, from waking up early to start a whole day of shopping, to even sleeping outside of the store.
Let’s elaborate on the pink elephant in the room. Black Friday with Corona is going to look and feel very different. Not only are people supposed to be 6 feet apart wearing masks, but you’ll have to call before and ask if they will be open. A few guidelines to keep in mind is that you will NEED A MASK, there will also be a limit on how many people may be inside the building.
There will be stores that will be closed! Walmart is one of them! With that being said, you will also want to get ready to shop online on Black Friday or on Cyber Monday. Target, for example, has already announced that it will be closed but will be spreading its in-store and online sales out instead of packing them into a single weekend.
Here is just a small list of stores that will most likely be closed.
Barnes & Noble.
Gap.
Hobby Lobby.
IKEA.
Bath & Body Works
Bed Bath & Beyond
Best Buy
Costco
Dick’s Sporting Goods
Foot Locker
GameStop
Office Depot/OfficeMax
JCPenney
These are just a few of the stores that are popular to go to when it’s Black Friday shopping. Make sure to call ahead of time and ask if they will be open and what the process will be.
