What’s Going on in Bruin Football?

High school football season is well under way as the Mountain View bruins have already played 3 games but dropped all 3. First, they lost to Maple Mountain at home, Second game they lost to Orem high school in the worst loss all year 68-0 on the road, then just last week while playing Skyline at home they suffered a loss 35-0. Friday, September 3rd, the Bruins headed north to take on the Timpanogos Timberwolves losing 63-7 as the T-wolves stay undefeated and Mountain View stays winless.

Mountain View football got a new coach this year as the football season moves on the football team looks more and more ready to compete. Keeping the game close against Uintah 34-37. There could be lots of problems with the football team from chemistry, injury, or just play in general but the bruins are looking to turn it around every coach and player wants to win. Make sure to come support the team whenever you can.

Homecoming week is here and Bruins also hope to get their first against Hillcrest. It’s been a bumpy start for the Bruins but they are still hopeful and determined to finish off the season as good as possible. With 5 games on the schedule still they aren’t finished.
After the homecoming game Friday the 17th they take on Toole, Stansbury, Cedar Valley, and Payson in that order.
