Connor Kindrick

Connor Kindrick after signing to Eastern New Mexico.

National Signing Day has traditionally been the first day that a high school senior can sign a binding National Letter of Intent for a collegiate sport with a school that is a member of the United States National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA). Although all NCAA sports have at least one National Signing Day, and most have two, college football is by far the most widely followed by fans and sports media. Traditionally, college football’s National Signing Day is the first Wednesday of February.

On February 3rd two of our Seniors at Mountain View signed their letters of intent to colleges.

Connor Kindrick signed with Eastern New Mexico, a Division II team, that plays in the Lone Star Conference, Christopher Esparza signed with the Air Force Academy, a Division I FBS (FBS stands for Football Bowl Subdivision), the Air Force Falcons play for the Mountain West Conference, which features teams like Utah State and Boise State.

We wish luck to these two Bruins as they further their education and football careers.
